-Specifically Golden Eagles are known to hunt goats as well as small deer.

-Femal Golden Eagles lay 1 to 4 eggs in breeding season.

-Golden Eagles protect land up to 60 sq. miles

-They fly at around 30mph but can glide at high speeds of around 80mph. When diving they can reach speeds as fast as 150mph.

-The talons of a golden eagle exert up to 440 pounds per square inch

-These golden eagles, compared to other eagles, can live quite long. Adult golden eagle usually live to 30 years, but in some cases they survive to 46 years.

-These birds are part of many cultures in different countries. They are trained to hunt and retrieve many animals such as foxes, hares, and more. This is called falconry and is present in many eurasian countries.

-Although known as a Golden Eagle, its plumage is mainly brown - with blemeshes of gold that make it look golden in the sunlight.

-Its wingspan can reach a wopping 7 feet! Taller than most adults who are considered 'tall'
